We Launch May 1, 2009

Thanks to everybody for riding out the site redesign. It should now be much easier to use. Plus it allows you to flip between pages without interrupting the steam, but not the pages above. There's not a whole lot I can do about those without giving you an annoying pop-up. And who likes pop ups?

For those of you stopping by for the first time, welcome to Radio Citrus!

As you can see, we've been working hard. And now with "dozens of dollars" worth of equipment, we are getting close to launch time!

On May 1st we plan to unleash the world's worst radio station on the world. It's based on YTMND.com, which is probably the world's worst web site. Seconded only by YouTube.

The goal is to showcase your non-copyrighted work on the radio. Frankly, the real radio is dying of boredom. I know. I work in it. So, our goal is to break loose from the chains of formatting and "popular" music.

Over the month of April the stream will be up and down several times as I get ready for the launch. Everything should be "go flight" for May 1st. We'll do our first live-show which will allow you to call in and be on the radio live. I have really mixed feelings about this, so we'll see how it goes. It should be a lot of fun.

In the meantime, if you see any YTMNDs or YouTube videos that have great audio (that isn't copyrighted) please e-mail me so I can get it on the playlist. You can also send more of your audio rants to that address as well.
